      Ingredients:Required items to prepare curry

      Eggs- 3 Onions-2 Garlic-3-4 flakes Cardamom-2 Ginger- small piece Cloves-2 Cinaman-small piece Turmeric powder- ½ spoon

        2.Grind onion slices,ginger,cloves,cinaman,garlic,cardamom and make 4.fine paste.

        3.Take thick pan and add oil and let it heatup.

        4.Add grinded paste and sauté well till

        it turns to brown color.

        5.Add salt,turmeric,chilli powder and add enough water and cover the dish.

        6.Let it fry on medium flame till the water is consumed.Now add sliced egg-halfs and cover the dish.

        7.After 5 minutes,add coriander leaves and serve hot.
