      Mashrooms- 250gm Onions- 2 Garlic-6-7 flakes Ginger-small piece Cuminseeds- 1 spoon Cloves- 2 Green cardamom 3 Cinnamon stick- small piece Tomato

      1 Chilli powder-1 ½ spoon Salt as per taste Turmeric powder- ½ spoon Oil- 3 table spoons

      Method: 1.Grind onion slices,ginger,garlic,cloves,cinnamon,cardamom,cuminseeds and make fine paste(masala paste) and ...

      • keep it aside.

        2.Wash Mashrooms thouroughly and add chilli powder,salt and turmeric powder to them and marinate for 15-20 minutes.

        3.Take pan and add oil. And let

        it heatup on medium flame.

        4.Add masala paste to the pan and fry till the paste turned to brown add tomato pieces and let it cook well 6.add mushrooms and cover the dish for 5 minutes.

        7.add water and let it cook on medium flame until it is done.

        8. Serve hot.
