The book is a compilation of cartoons from the Peanuts series of comics, by Charles M. Schulz.

The book is about the comedy dog Snoopy, and his owner Charlie Brown. Other characters include: Peppermint Patty, Lucy and Woodstock the canary.

The book is set out as a series of tiny comics,

sometimes taking up a page, sometimes taking up two or three pages. The book is divided into two sections, The Great Entertainer, featuring Snoopy as a master joketeller and comedic writer; and Master of Disguise, a set of cartoons which put Snoopy into a series of different roles, including ...

      • a surgeon, ‘Joe Cool’, a clerk, a vulture and a surveyor.

The majority of the cartoons are very funny, and there is a lot of content in there, it is quite a long book. It would be ideal for a long flight, as it is just the right size, and

        not very text-heavy.

I really enjoyed it, and if you are a fan of cartoons then you will probably like it too. People who haven’t read a lot of cartoons may find it takes time to get used to it, but I’d say that it’s a good book to start off with.
