  • I bought my John Beck program over a year ago, and discovered that many of the links were no good even after one month
  • I would not recommend buying it otherwise, because investors should only operate in a company name, and the program can't be deducted from personal taxes

John Beck’s Free and Clear Real Estate sytem, also known as “Pennies on the Dollar” was a good purchase, although most of the information on how to buy tax deferred real estate can be found by visiting state websites and asking questions.

The information does provide lots of useful links, but don’t count on those being valid for too long. I bought my John Beck program over a year ago, and discovered that many of the links were no good even after one month.

If you wish to buy state owned real

estate, write yourself a list of questions and look for the information on your state land commissiner’s website. If you can’t get all the answers you need, make a telephone call to find out the rest of the answers from a specialist in their real estate department.

Overall, the John Beck program was good, but I also have friends who bought it, and they say they didn’t learn mch more than they found out themselves. The same was true for me. The program costs under $100.00 though, so it is a ...

      • useful purchase if you’re just starting out and can claim it back on your company taxes. I would not recommend buying it otherwise, because investors should only operate in a company name, and the program can’t be deducted from personal taxes.

As an example; by finding the information myself through state websites, and making a few phonecalls to ask questions, I was able to buy 4 properties for under $250, and all this was before I even bought John Beck’s product.

To look over the program, it can be ordered and returned

for a refund within a certain period of time, so this may be worth keeping in mind if you try it out. You will however, be responsible for paying th return shipping charges.

I would rate John Beck’s Free and Clear Real Estate system a 6 out of 10, partially because there is a free way to learn about the subject if you take your time to look for the information. It was pretty wellput together, but the text was rambling and unclear for any novice in several areas of the books.

so if i get a deed to a house and payoff the taxes owed the property is mine? what happens to the mortgage? does it go away? since i would think it would go away if it went to auction.
