  • It would have been great to see Oz, who loves his girlfriend, Willow and goes out of his way to avoid hurting her and others, kill that guy

The Buffy the Vampire Slayer episode Beauty and the Beasts actually turned out to be a good one because of the mystery involved. You have Oz turning into a werewolf and, even though he was locked up, nobody is sure he stayed that way because the window was left open and Xander

fell asleep on the job; a major concern because a student is found mauled to death. You also have the return of Angel, who is in a state of animal-like confusion and could also be the culprit; and only Buffy knows he’s returned. When they reveal the real culprit, another student who ...

      • has done a Mr. Hyde-like experiment on himself and becomes very violent when angry, you get a whole different story line about the dangers of being abused by your partner and not going to your friends or authorities before things go out of hand; something that his girlfriend learns the hard way.
/> The battle between this student and the werewolf Oz was great, even though it was interrupted before there was a winner. It would have been great to see Oz, who loves his girlfriend, Willow and goes out of his way to avoid hurting her and others, kill that guy; rather than that lame “Angel to the rescue” ending.
