break down even for once ever since i have been using it.

it can effeciently wash very small number of clothes or very large as per

      my requirement.

this washing machine actually delivers what other washing machines just promise to offer.

also it has remained the latest model with maximum adjustments possible since its launch.

Silvana says :

It keeps stoping when it is at the rinse cycle and beeping the no drain is highlighted on the machine

ReviewStream.com
Jules Li says :

This indicates that there is a problem with the drainage. Check the drainage hose for clogs. This is usually caused by clogs in the drainage hose.

Galega says :

The beeping sound is to attract your attention that there isn’t any drainage. Your machine is asking for help. If the washer won’t drain there might be a clogged pump or hose. It’s common for small socks or other small clothing items to get into the water drain system and clog the hose leading to the pump or the pump itself. If the washer won’t drain the lid switch assembly might be defective.

Hi. For brown or black dirt marks coming onto yoyur washing, try using Bio Classic washing powder instead of your regular. What happens is the greasy dirt ,ect builds up in the pipes and inside your machine, this comes of on your clothing. The Bio Classic powder actually cleans out your machine. About the machine stopping and not continuing from certain cycles….TWO REASONS Check the level of your machine, use a spirit level to position your machine absolutely level, use the adjustabel feet to adjust. Alternatively take note that the outlet pipe is much below the height of the outlet on the machine itself. Where the flex pipe goes into your permanent outlet pipe in the water…this point should actually be about 300mm from the ground.I have experienced all the above problems myslef and this is how I rectified them all. Nearly ened up selling my new machine…but all works like a bomb now.

Being using the LG Turbo drum for a year. White and lighter coloured clothes comes out with brown stains. Use a good automatic washing powder. Please help.

Hi this could be due to a few things:

1. Rust in your water. If you are on well water often times there are traces of rust and clay that can turn white and light clothes brownish. I would try attacking your washer to a home filtering system and then using a product called “Iron Out” (can be purchased from places like Lowes or Home Depot) this will remove the iron from your clothing and can return your clothes to their original color.

2. Dirty Washing Machine: If the washing machine hasn’t been cleaned than mold, dirt, and other debris can collect on your clothes and will turn them a dingy brown color. try washing out your washer with either vinegar and baking soda, bleach, or washing machine cleaner (can be purchased at your local home improvement store)

3. Your water heater is deteriorating: The problem could also not be with the washer at all but rather with the water heater. Old water heaters and their elements do tend to rust with age so you could be getting trace amounts of rust from that. Again, I would do the filter and then have your water heater checked.

4. Finally, it could be that the drum itself is rusting and deteriorating. If you bought the machine used and the machine is old than it could mean that its time to replace your machine.

We have the LG turbo drum. It seems to damage our clothes in the wash. Our tracksuit pants and jackets tear in machine.

Hi Natasha. Try using a washing net for your clothes, these are readily available in department stores. Hope this helps.

Try to change your LG washing machine program. Select the delicate mode to lessen the strength of how it wash clothes. I also have LG fully automatic washing machine and that is also my problem with it and I tried changing its program to delicate mode and it works on not tearing clothes.

Galega says :

Clothes getting torn in washing machine is something a serious issue. That makes the machine completely useless. More often than not, the genesis of this problem lies with drum damage. You will have to get that repaired. Inside the drum of your washing machine there are several plastic pieces sticking out, known as drum paddles. Sometimes these can break off, revealing sharp metal hinges which the paddles connect to. Clothes can get caught onto these hinges, resulting in damaged items.

My washing has been coming out with black stuff all over it. I clean out the filters before every load and I can`t figure out what else it could be. Please help?

ReviewStream.com
Jules Li says :

This is caused by fabric softener and other products. Try running 2-3 cycles with hot water to try to clean it out. Vinegar and baking soda are also helpful for cleaning.

I have the same problem.

ReviewStream.com
Galega says :

You should not let your clothes in the washer for long after washing is complete. This can cause black spots. Another problem is grease staining. The grease spots that mysteriously appear are probably deposits of undissolved fabric softener or detergent. You need to run few hot water cycle to clean out these stuffs. You should also use a good detergent recommended for this washing machine.

I have also lg turbo drum fully automatic washing machine before, the major problem it will have is when its mother board or computer board is busted. The program will be screwed up and will not work properly. That is the most common problem for lg automatic washing machine.

LG doesn’t have the manual on it’s website. However, here’s a link to a third party website that has it:

how do i clean my washer

ReviewStream.com
aw says :

Just throw in a towel and some detergent or you can add some vinegar instead of detergent and let the machine cycle to the end.

ReviewStream.com
Galega says :

The best way is to run a hot washing cycle for at least 2 times. You should keep the machine empty and let all build up detergent and dust go away. You can also use a washing machine cleaner powder and run it on 40 degrees wash. It will also clean out the internal of your machine.

The LG turbodrum that i hv been using is now not mixing the detergent powder along with water..instead the detergent is stuck in the filter box instead.now the water is also not comming.

ReviewStream.com
Galega says :

Check whether detergent you are using is too thick. This mixing problem can be solved if you dissolve your detergent in water, or use liquid detergent.

However, that may not be a permanent solution. The mixing problem can happen because of Water Inlet Valve or the Drawer Assembly itself may be faulty or clogged

My washing machine is not programming all functions and not consuming xxl water level. I can’t understand what is the problem

ReviewStream.com
al says :

Your LG washing machine program may have been busted. Usually when the computer board in your washing machine is busted it will not work properly, or you can also check you water source if it is strong enough, sometimes when the water has low pressure the washing machine will also not work properly.

ReviewStream.com
Ana Sancho says :

Hi, I am having the same issue and I’m sure there is enough water pressure. What the machine drops are at times literally drops of water, then gives me IE problem and won’t start washing of course, is not the pressure of the water I’m sure, what should I do ? Thank you

ReviewStream.com
Galega says :

Your washer may have a clogged drain hose or the pump may be broken. A broken lid switch or belt could also be the culprit. It may even be something as simple as the the hose being jammed. Whatever the reason is, the water will need to be drained from the washing machine before any work or diagnosis can be done.
