  • It is supposed to be a fantasy comedy type movie, where the fantasy is involved, it was pretty dull and boring and overly expected, but as it relates to the comedy in this movie, I really expected more from Eddie and was truly disappointed when all through the movie, I hardly got a single dose of humor

This mega flop of a movie starring the ever lovable funny man Eddie Murphy failed to deliver on the hype that was promised, and overall, the entire movie did not even manage to make back the money they spent as budget to turn over a reasonable profit, but hey, who am I to complain,

if I had a single million of out what they used to make this movie, I would be a very happy man. The story is about a trouble marriage, the children involved and a trip to a mansion which turned out to be haunted. It is supposed to be a fantasy comedy type movie,

the very few movies that Eddie has done, that really did not do anything for me in terms of the entertainment value. I can only guess that it was due to the fact that it was a Disney movie that he was limited to the dialog that could have been used and that really was a tremendous drawback.
