This is the story about a house with a horrific past, one that is true to this day in actuality, it claims of a house that is haunted and anyone who lives in the house are doomed to face a terrible death. A family, without prior knowledge of the haunted house, buys the

house and moves in, they are adjusting very well to the new surroundings, but as they days pass, things just aren’t the way they used to be, the man starts to show extremely violent tendencies towards his family while in the house, but as soon as he is away from the vicinity of ...

      • the house, he returns to his normal state, this is obvious to the viewers but the characters in the movie took a while before they notice the difference. It was that observation that lead them to decide that this house was haunted and that it made the husband very violent and as they
made plans to leave the house, he was the very same one who hampered the process. All this evil in one house just goes to show that one should always research where they are going to live before moving in and getting settled because their new home could very well be haunted. Happy viewing!

    John Roberts says :

I prefer this original version of The Amityville Horror to the remake because the star is Margot Kidder who is a favorite actress of mine.
