When a weapons designer for the United States military resigns for a personal reason he finds his weapons on the streets of his home town, he now makes it his own personal campaign to rid the streets of the weapons and put a stop to all the crime and violence that plague

his community. John Henry Irons designs weapons for the military, when they would not accept his new design, a weapon that stuns its victim rather than kill them, he tenders his resignation and decides to move back home. During his home stay, he comes to notice that the very same weapons that ...

      • he designed for the military has found its way outside of military hands and into the hands of criminals gang members in his very own home town. He tries to bring it to the attention of the relevant authorities, but his report is ignored, so he is left with only one other
course of action and that is vigilante justice. He creates an armored suit and the very same weapon that stuns its victims and he ventures off to do good by putting a stop to the people responsible for this unwarranted violence. This movie, needless to say, it tanked at the box office terribly!
