  • The only disadvantage about this movie which I remember is that I thought the movie should have been a little longer
  • The movie has no old, or middle aged man playing the role of Count Dracula and seducing young girls, which was the primary problem which I had with the older Dracula movies
  • I realized that quite a few people seemed to have a problem with that particular twist in the storyline, however,I thought a twist in the storyline was one of the best things the writer or writers could have done, being that simply transforming the age old legend into a movie might have made many people overlook the movie

The only disadvantage about this movie which I remember is that I thought the movie should have been a little longer. A part from that it is one of my favorite vampire movies. The movie has no old, or middle aged man playing the role of Count Dracula and seducing young girls, which was the primary problem which I had with the older Dracula movies. It also does not seem to have any element of female exploitation in it, as that is the primary problem I have with some of

      the older vampire movies.

The plot itself was original being that it contorted the story of Dracula into being biblical, and so, I was left with the understanding that the Count Dracula was in actuality, Judas Iscariot. I realized that quite a few people seemed to have a problem with that particular twist in the storyline, however,I thought a twist in the storyline was one of the best things the writer or writers could have done, being that simply transforming the age old legend into a movie might have made many people ...

      • overlook the movie.

Gerard Butler played a splendid Dracula, and I remember at the time it came out, many of my friends thought he was the most attractive on screen vampire they had seen. Not only was he attractive, but his whole performance was captivating and real.

One of the things I liked the most about the movie too was the movie soundtrack, which at the time the movie came out was my list of CDs to get. Of course, the soundtrack might not appeal to everyone being that there

was mostly hard rock and heavy metal music in it.

Here is a list of the songs on the soundtrack:

        1. Ultra Mega - Spider 2. A Welcome Burden - Disturbed [1 3. Bloodline - Araya, Tom 4. Metro - Crawford, John B.

        5. Head Explode - Wyndorf, Dave 6. Break You Down - Miller, Jason 7. One Step Closer - Linkin Park 8. Avoid the Light - Pantera 9. Ostego Undead - Static X 10. Swan Dive - Shaine, J 11. Day by Day - Taproot 12. Malice - Bitton, Gil 13. Blind World - Flybanger 14. Sober - Half Cocked 15. Your Disease - Debaldo, Chris
