I like staying at Days Inn hotels and this one is no exception. The hotel has 2 floors almost sixty rooms. The hotels is rectangular and very long. All the rooms enter from the outside. The color of the hotel is warm flesh tan with complimentary brick red. The top of the hotel is tan and the box 3 feet are brick red. The roof was shingled pale green. There was only one roof line with the exception of the very front of the hotel by the lobby. The hotel has a large carport at the front of the building which is attached to the building. It had a bit of a Spanish flare with arches on the carport outside wall. The carport is painted tan with the brick red at the bottom of the outside with the Day’s Inn sign on the upper part of it. There is a very tall Days Inn sign which stood on two very tall metal poles. The parking lot was blacktop and very large.

It came right up to the front doors to the rooms of the hotel. The landscaping consisted of just a well taken car of lawn and very little else. The building was very well maintained and so was the parking lot. Everything around the property was very clean.

The lobby was very simple. Upon entering the lobby you see white walls and white ceilings. There was a Days Inn sign on the wall by the registration desk. The floor was dark rose 1 foot by 1 foot tile. The lights in the lobby were florescent long light bulbs covered with plastic. The registration desk looked like it could have been made of sheets of luan. The counter on the registration desk is light grey laminate. Any doors in the area were white and there wasn’t any wood molding anywhere. There were two mauve colored cushioned chairs opposite the door as you walk in. Above the one chair was a television which was mounted on the wall. The staff at the ...

Our room was large and very nice. The walls were beige with the ceiling painted white. The carpet was dark blue. There was a window next to the door. The window was a slide by with cranberry colored drapes which were mounted right next to the ceiling. Right below the window was an air conditioner. The air conditioner was real quiet and was never noticed operating while we were sleeping. We had two queen beds in the room. There were really comfortable. The pillows were also full and fluffy and comfortable to sleep on. The coverlet on the bed extended all the way to the floor and had very pretty colors. The colors were blue, a variety of browns and tan. It was all in repeating stripes. Over each bed was a wood framed print and between the two of them was a decorative natural swag. Between the beds was a night stand with a telephone and alarm clock. Above the nightstand were

two lamps which were mounted to the wall with brass mounting bar. On the other side of the room was a work table with a push in chair which was upholstered in blue on the back and seat. There was also an armoire which held the television and had three drawers below it. The bathroom was quite large and had excellent lights for applying makeup. The floor was all tile. The shower was really nice to stand and relax in. There was plenty of hot water and water pressure. The towels were extremely fluffy and absorbent. We were supplied with soap and a few other amenities. The room was very clean and fresh smell and so was the bathroom.

We had a great continental breakfast. I love their coffee it is brewed rich and strong. There were quite a few round tables in the breakfast area and one whole plus had breakfast supplies on it. There was also a television in there to listen to the morning news white enjoying a breakfast.
