      I want to share this yummy recipe with all. Items needed to prepare this dish : Grated carrot : 1 cup Grated cabbage : 1 cup Grated cauliflower : 1 cup Onion (Big) - 1 cup (cut into small pieces) Green chillies : 5 nos. Corn flour : 1 tsp soya sauce : 2

      tsp Tomato ketchup : 2 tsp Bread slices : 2 Ginger garlic paste Oil : to fry Spring onion : 1 cup salt Cream Steps: Fry half cup of cut onion in oil till it becomes translucent.

        Soak bread slices in little water and add to the above. Bread gives the binding for the vegetables.

        Add salt, turmeric powder. Make a paste of cornflour with soya sauce and add this paste to the vegetables and allow it to get cooked.

        Add spring onion to the above. Add little water for

        the vegetables to get cooked.

        Make balls out of the cooked vegetables and deep fry in oil. To prepare gravy : Heat oil in a pan and add the balance onion pieces and fry till it becomes translucent.

        Add tomato ketchup and salt to the above. Add cream and bring it to boil Now add, all the vegetable balls to the gravy.

        Add coriander leaves and spring onion for decoration. This goes well for rotis, fried rice.
