Brian Donnelly and Keeley Grant are the two featured in this story. Brian comes from Ireland to work at the Grant’s stables, hired on as head trainer. The first time he sees Keeley, he is struck by her beautiful and is captivated.

Keeley is Travis Grant’s eldest daughter, who happens to be Brian’s employer. Instead of being the spoilt brat that Brian expects Keeley to be, she runs a riding academy of her own and works hard to prove herself. Underneath her cool exterior is

a soft heart, as is the same case for Brian.

The two of them do not exactly butt heads with each other, but they are not exactly comfortable with each other either. Sparks fly, but it is subtle. Brian swore to himself to keep his distance from Keeley, but he just can’t help but be drawn to her again and again. Keeley, on the other hand, experiences the dizzying feeling of falling in love with someone for the first time in her life.

      Brian is a ...

      • really sweet guy. The way he has for horses is something that few has. And reading about how he does things, the way he treats Keeley, the way he takes care of her just makes you heart go ‘awww’. Yup, he is that kind of sweet and perfect guy every woman dreams of.

As for Keeley, I would say that there is really nothing that fascinating or outstanding about her. This story is actually a little similar to the one between Travis and Adelia, if

you have read the story. being a short story, there is little ups and downs in the plot and it just takes on a romantic feel from start to end. in fact, I would say that the story was a little predictable.

if you are interested in picking up a short story to pass the time, you might want to give this a try. But don’t hold your hopes too high because it might just prove to be a tad too bland for your liking.
