The Oklahoma City omniplex combines science and fun. Almost all of the exhibits are hands-on, and I have seen both adults and children enjoy having their shadow made.

Each exhibit explains the scientific principles behind

      the activity.

Ideal age range for the museum is 2 to 11, and you also see alot of parents/grandparents enjoying the time with their namesakes.

In addition, the Ominiplex contains an IMAX theater.

      If you ...

      • need to eat, you can get popcorn and drinks, which are allowed into the theater.

The theater rotates several different shows per day.

You can also purchase year memberships to the Omniplex, and these are quite

generous, as grandparents can purchase and add a large number of family members (parents and children).

If the weather is decent (although the heat is a killer very often in Oklahoma), the Omniplex sits right next to the OKC zoo.
