I recently decided to give Miso-Cup instant “Delicious golden vegetable soup” by Edward&Sons a try. It comes in a box with Eight 8-oz servings in Four Envelopes for $5.

      49.

I had always enjoyed Miso soups at Asian restaurants, so I wanted to see

what this freeze-dried version would taste like.

The soup itself was very easy to make- you just add 1/2 contents of one envelope to 8 oz of hot water, stir and enjoy.

      What could be easier?

The ingredients are completely vegan containing no ...

      • animal products, sugar, preservatives, hydrogenated fats, MSG, or chemical additives.

It relies exclusively upon natural unpasteurized miso that is freeze dried and packed in Japan.

The soup itself is pretty good.

The dried miso creates a golden broth instantly.

        The miso flavor is predominant

        and very hearty.

An 8 oz serving is very filling.

Though there is an amount of naturally occuring sodium in this product, it never tastes too salty like other processed soups tend to.

For the price, Miso-Cup is a good buy and value.

        I would highly recommend.
