      Bell mobility is a company that serves it’s best interests over the customers’ best interests. Customer service is sporadic, if at all existant. The cellular telephones that they sell are overpriced, forcing people to take the contracts that come with reduced cell phone prices, namely 2 and 3 year

      contracts. During these contracts that you are obliged to stay with, Bell has it in it’s authority to change your billings at will.

      Bell mobility recently added a 35 cents per message text messaging fee, to everyone who doesn’t have a “text messaging included for free” contract, which are rare (except ...

      • for teenagers). Bell even charges for incoming messages, even the ones that they send you! Is that draconian or what!?!

        Stay away from Bell Mobility if you can, try Rogers or Telus, they have much better rates and are more customer friendly. Bell was a conglomerate for too long,

        with no competition, and is stuck with the mentality that they can do whatever they want, and the customers will just stay with them. Things are changing, and people are leaving Bell Mobility for other services at unheralded rates.

        For Bell Mobility as a whole cell phone service, no more than 2 stars!
