I suffer from constant migraines ever since a car accident nine years ago. I tried almost every over the counter medication that is out there.

Excedrin worked for a little bit, then the caffine in it made me sick to my stomach whenever I would take it.

      I finally went to my

doctor and he perscribed me Maxalt.

The tablets tasted like mint and would melt on your tongue.

When I had a migraine, I did not want to refill my perscription, for six tablets it was $98.

Pretty expensive if you ask me.

On the fourth day of my migraine I finally ...

      • gave in and paid the money.

I took the tablet and let it melt on my tongue.

The medicine tastes like a strong mint, so you have to take a drink of water afterwards.

Within 15 minutes my migraine was gone.

So much for waiting the four days to finally get

        it from the pharmacy.

If I would of known that it worked that quick I would have filled it days ago.

Now, whenever I have a migraine I get Maxalt.

They may be a little on the expensive side, but $98 is definetly worth not having a migraine for days on end.
