This recipe is not hard to make and is considered one of my favorite recipes of all time.

To make this, you will need chicken parts and this depends on what you like actually. As for me, I always prefer thighs and drumsticks since they are easy to be shredded. Get some onions, the usual suspects

of salt and pepper and additional of tomato and cucumber.

First of all, make the chili paste or what I call ’sambal’ paste. You can get the ready-made chili paste in supermarkets. Put some oil, then the chili paste and add bits of onions, salt and pepper, bits of garlic and just a tiny bit of ...

      • sugar. Stir well and make sure that the solution’s well cooked. Then put on a bowl for later use.

Boil your chicken parts well and making sure that they are thoroughly cooked. After that, put on a plate and when use a knife and fork to shred the chicken bits. Collect them and serve nicely on

plates that you would like to and smear the chili paste or sambal paste on top of it in a garnish sort of way. Boil some eggs and cut into 2 pieces and decorate them side by side on the plate as well, together with your cucumber and tomato. And you are ready to eat it, just like that.
