This recipe Wholemeal Bread Chocolate Ice Cream is perhaps one of the easiest snack or dessert to make. This was taught by my boyfriend and I have picked up the tab since from him and he loves it every time I make this for him.

First of all, get some wholemeal bread; around 2-3 pieces. This is for 3-4 people servings

or lesser; whichever quantity that you serve would deem fit. And get a tub of chocolate ice cream ready. The flavor is totally up to you though. Prepare some vanilla essence and for this recipe, you might need only a few drops or just a teaspoon or so. Also get some egg whites; around 3-4 of them.

      • Get a medium size bowl, and make the bread into breadcrumbs or some sort and add on the few drops of vanilla essence. Also the egg whites, some sugar (bits of it) and then stir, using your clean hands. Stir gently. If you have a rather large hands, then use a small mixer. After that, get a bit
of the chocolate ice cream and mix up again.

Then serve chocolate ice creams into your sets of glasses and on top of the chocolate ice cream, put the mixture that I have mentioned just now. And top it up with maple syrup or chocolate fudge. Super yummy and perfect for a home date with your favorite DVD stories to watch.
