Here in Trinidad fudge is definitely different from the stuff I have had in the USA. One day while walking through the mall I saw a candy stall which was selling a variety of sweets and even preserves and they had this freshly made fudge. It came in all sorts of different flavours.

      Milk fudge is

the basic recipe for fudge (or at least this is what I assume) Candylicious’ Milk Fudge isn’t very expensive which is why I decided to try a square. Candylicious’ Milk Fudge is a maple colour and the block is about 1 1/2 inches large all the way around and about 3/4 inches thick in size.

      Candylicious’ Milk ...

      • Fudge “melts” easily when not stored in a cool temperature. This does not necessarily mean in the refrigerator but at room temperature it gets really soft! It still eats just as good as when it is hard though. The milk flavour of this fudge comes through wonderfully in each bite and the fudge itself is smooth
and creamy. Definitely not too sweet which is a bit surprising, admittedly.

It has become a habit of mine to buy different fudge flavours from Candylicious when I go to the mall. They are all good and each bring a new dimension of flavour to the table. If you ever visit Trinidad, then you need to try Candylicious’ Milk Fudge.
