We were looking for a bank to open an account with where we can deposit money from our business. One thing we considered was the reputation of the bank and it’s proximity to our store’s location and this bank, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) was the one who

      met our criteria.

BPI is one of the largest banks the Philippines, so its a no brainer why we chose this bank to trust with our money.

The people their were so friendly and helpful especially the manager.

She personally assisted when we were ...

      • appplying for our account and she was really very accommodating.

She made us feel like we were the biggest client they have.

Their office is so clean, really business like in its design.

It has ample parking space, which I like and comfortable seating

for when we were waiting for our transaction to finish.

They also have extended banking hours which is great because we never have to rush to the bank again to deposit or withdraw money.

And they even have an on-site ATM where we can deposit our money after bank hours.

BPI clarkfield pampanga branch manager is so rude even the assistant. I just didn’t know how and where to report them. How come they will act impolitely to their clients? they will not have a job without them. They should be politely regardless of age.

    quick note by anonymous :

I set up an account in London and Cebu with the aim to transfer money between the two but it wasn’t possible which I didn’t find out until later. Now I don’t live in the Philippines but have money left in my account in Cebu. But the online banking facility looks like it was set up by school children and there’s no online secure email contact facility so I can’t access my money which is just sitting there. Amateurs

I live in the US and am trying to resolve an issue with my BPI ATM card. I called the bank’s toll free 800 with AT T and was told I have to contact the Cebu branch across the SM mall
. I called the branch several times and got no answer. Instead, it tells you to leave a message. Seriously? They’ll return my call from the US? I emailed, no response. Awful

    MEV says :

    Hi Romegio,

You can check your balance through online by registering first your account. This is their website click on the Enroll now button

    Galega says :

To check the balance online, you are required to enroll with BPI Express Online. It is quite easy to enroll. Fill up the registration form and click on the submit button.

You can send money to your BPI account in Euro. For that you are required to have the SWIFT Code of the home branch (where your BPI Express account is located). If your home branch doesn’t have a SWIFT Code, you can use the code of the nearest branch. It will take up to four business days to send your money to Euro. The exchange rate will be decided by the BPI.
