      is just to inquire about your balance, but when I made my call, my transaction needed to be addressed by a phone banker, so I really had to wait, and wait I did. After verifying my identity, she proceeded with my request and gave me a verification number with a promise that my transaction would be done in three days.
        BPI is lucky to have employees that are well trained, I suppose you don’t become a top bank with so-so employees, but they should do something about the time it takes for them to answer their customers. I mean the time it took for me to talk to that phone banker was relatively short than the time it took for them to respond to my call.

    how will i get the remaining money if i lost my card? is there other way instead of calling 89100? thanks..

    Are you talking about an ATM card you lost? I really don`t think that you can get your remaining money through 89-100. Its only where you report your lost or stolen card. I suggest you go to the bank branch where you opened the account. They would be properly equipped to handle your problem. I hope this was of any help. good luck

    If you have lost your Credit Card, immediately get it blocked. The emergency number is given in the leaflet you had gotten with the card.

    If you have lost the debit card, get it immediately blocked. Don’t worry about money. That is not with the debit card as it is just a way of getting easy withdrawal out of your bank account. The money is with your bank account. That is safe. Consult bank if you want withdrawal. Apply for a new card.
