The Freschetta Brick Oven Roasted Portabella Mushrooms and Spinach Pizza is a great buy. For just under $5 you can get a wonderfully tasty “white sauce” pizza that goes
from freezer to table in just under 20 minutes.
A square pizza with a white cream sauce, little sliced portabella mushrooms, spinach, mozzarella, fontina and onion that serves 4 (but if the family’s hungry, pick up a second–you’ll eat more because of the wonderfully complex layer of flavors). Easy to get a nice crispy crust because it’s thin,
the pizza’s relatively easy to eat with just your fingers because it’s pretty sturdy. It has quickly become a family favorite!
Keep the pizza frozen until you’re ready to
bake it and put it on aluminum foil for easy oven clean-up. The slender box is even easy to find room for in a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer combo if you stand it on end.
