I picked up a DiGiorno Microwave pizza from my local market when I realized I’d left my lunch at home. I wanted something that I could pop into our company’s microwave with little fuss.

      And I knew that I didn’t want

      some watery frozen entree.

DiGiorno’s Grilled Chicken and Vegetable pizza is truly underrated when it comes to microwave pizzas.

It’s a square (yes, square) little pie that comes with a specially made tray that keeps the crust crispy upon heating.

      • This particular flavor has grilled chicken, spinach, red peppers and garlic.

I was amazed that the cardboard heating tray really does keep the crust from getting soggy.

Apart from that, the flavor is really great.

        Its ALMOST rivals

some of the local pizza chains that sell individualized pies.

Not only is the DiGiorno pizza tasty, but it’s filling as well.

        These make wonderful snacks.

Or you can eat them as I like to, as a meal with a salad.
