  • One of the best cruise ships that I have been on so far is the Carnival Pride
  • The destinations were amazing, we were on the Mexican Riviera cruise
  • Be prepared, however, for the cost of drinks and anything you purchase in the duty free shops, this is not included in your cost but you are pretty much gauranteed a great time

If you are looking for a wonderful way to spend time with your family you should take a cruise. One of the best cruise ships that I have been on so far is the Carnival Pride.

The Pride is one of Carnival Cruise Lines Spirit Class of ships.

These are some of the nicest ships they have not including the newest of course.

We made our reservations through a wonderful Carnival Cruise Vacation Planner over one year in

      advance of our sail date.

By doing this we recieved a discount and room upgrade! The day of our cruise arrived and we were amazed at the size of our room.

We had an extended balcony stateroom and it was wonderful! We were travelling with family and they had the two rooms next to ours.

After a little trouble we were able to have the doors between the balconies opened so we could all hang out together outside without having to leave our rooms! We were seated at the early dinner seating and we were in the Captain’s Lounge dining area! Everyone was very nice and the cruise ship was very clean.

The shows as usual were beautiful and lots of fun.

My only complaint about this ship is the location of the Carnival Kids Camp.

To get to the kids camp you have to walk down past all the state rooms to ...

      the front of the ship.

There is no other way to get there.

Also, the kids are taken by age groups to different areas of the ship for activities, so if you have kids in different age groups you can’t just drop them off at the camp, you have to find their groups elsewhere on the ship.

For this reason, our kids didn’t spend much time there.

The destinations were amazing, we were on the Mexican

      Riviera cruise.

I would take this cruise again in a heart beat! They offer so much for less than you would pay for a trip by car, and the best part is, you don’t have to drive! Your food, lodging, entertainment and transportation are all included in the price! Be prepared, however, for the cost of drinks and anything you purchase in the duty free shops, this is not included in your cost but you are pretty much gauranteed a great time!
