      Ingredients Black gram dal (Urad dal)- 2 cups Big oninion - 1 Cumin seeds - 2 spoons Curry leaves- a few Salt as per taste Procedure:

      /> Soak black gram dal for two hours. And grind it to make fine paste.

      Donot add water while grinding.

      Because the dough should be tight enough to make vada.

      Now take this dough into separate bowl, add cumin seeds,salt,curry leaves and chopped onions and mix well.
