A great sequel to a funny and classic movie. Ted Striker returns to attempt to save a lunar shuttle flight to the moon when a computer malfunction sends the flight on a one-way trip to the sun. Throughout the movie, you are guaranteed to laugh.

Let’s start with Robert Hays, the actor who plays Ted Striker. He is one of the most hilarious characters in the movie. He has a “drinking problem” that will make you laugh every

time he tries to drink out of a glass. He makes corny jokes throughout the movie that are somehow funny. Next, there is Julie Hagerty, who plays Elaine Dickinson. Although she has an annoying voice, it still makes you laugh. She isn’t the funniest girl out there, but she sure has a strong connection with the male actors in the film. This leads to an exciting film as well.

Lloyd Bridges also returns as Steven McCroskey. He is ...

      • a captivating actor that unfortunately passed away quite some time ago. He is entertaining through his funny jokes and unique acting style. Also, William Shatner is featured in this movie. Shatner is hated by many, but I love the guy. He fits this movie very well and I am glad he was casted. He makes quite a few high-quality jokes that send you into a laughing spree.

Airplane 2 is just one of those movies that, although

has a few corny lines, has great jokes and is very entertaining. It allows you to watch comedies the way they should do. It is a classic, and is worth the watch. Overall, a 7/10. It was nowhere near as good as the first, but still will make you laugh. Many of the jokes are repeated throughout the film, and that creates some boredom. Still, it’s a funny movie and is worth the watch whenever you see it on.
