This recipe is very simple, but it offers something different from your usual breakfast. It’s great for college students who need something very quick and super easy that will still give them energy for the day. Ingredients: Scrambled eggs, chedder cheese, American cheese slices, garlic powder, minced onions (in the spice bottle), slices of bread

/> 1) Scramble your eggs however you like best (with salt and pepper if you like), mixing in some cheddar cheese.

I suggest 1. 5 eggs per piece of toast.

Though, if you only want one peice, I guess you should round up to two. 2) Prepare toast: Option 1 (My favorite): Cover a slice of bread ...

      • with some more cheddar and sprinkle on minced onions.

For me, the more onions, the better. It adds some great flavor.

Option 2: For a slightly more potent taste, put a slice of good ole-fashioned American cheese on your piece of bread. Coat it with some garlic powder.

But, don’t over do it or it

will be the only thing you taste. 3) Throw on the scrambled eggs! It’s a delicious combo of protein, wheat, and flavor.

If you’re looking for ways to eat healthy, it’s easy to do and just as delicious. I use whole wheat bread and fat free cheddar.

Don’t smother your egg pan in butter before scrambling and avoid excessive salt.
