      I like this recipe for its truly homemade taste. The ingredients below will make 3-4 servings.

      You will need: 2 large, skinned chicken breasts (or 3 medium size) 3 medium size potatoes 2-3 cans

      of mushrooms 1 cup of finely chopped onion 2 tablespoons of butter 1 tablespoon of flour 1 cup of milk Salt, pepper to taste Boil chicken breasts and potatoes, dice them.

      Melt the butter ...

      • in a frying pan, add onions.

        Open the mushroom cans, drain them, and add the mushrooms into the frying pan; fry them and onions together.

        Stir in flour and gradually add milk, stirring all

        the time as you do.

        When the sauce thickens, turn the heat off.

        Take a casserole dish and combine all the ingredients in it: diced chicken & potatoes, mushroom & onions, salt, pepper.

        Stir and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
