Here comes a very simple, and easy to cook, recipe for goulash. The taste is spicy and the meat of an overwhelming delicacy. For four people you take: 1 kg.

mixed meat (pork and beef) cut the meat into 1 inch squares. 1 kg.

small cut a bit of olive oil 1 cup full of beer. Get a pan, olive oil and roast the meat briefly.

It has to be roasted until the meat gets slite crispy, then put in the onions and let this roast for about five ...

      • minutes. Now fill it up with water until the meat is nearly covered and switch down the heat to very low.

Cover the pan. Now let this boil for about one hour.

After one hour fill in the beer and let it boil again for

        one more hour. Ok.

Taste the sauce and maybe put a littel salt or pepper on it. Usually you need to add no more spice, because the onions make it all very spicy.

The secret of a delicate goulash is the cooking time. Let it boil for two hours or longer.

        Now, enjoy your meal.
