  • It does not make any sense at all why this would ever happen because if she actually wanted the phone that bad that she would climb the building in order to approach a phone then why would she only touch the phone and not ever use it

There is a new Verizon wireless ad that has been showing which advertises the LG Dare phone that is very shocking and inappropriate for what they are trying to advertise and their target audience of this wireless phone which I assume would be the younger to teen groups that would make use of this phone. This ad is based on the concept of touch because this phone is a touch screen phone (which is not very original) so they have decided to make all of their ads be based on the fact that people want to be able to touch this phone (I suppose to be able to use the phone).

Well, basically this ad shows a women who is coming up a building, she is climbing

to the top of the building and as it progresses you see the women climb higher and higher.

There are people who are looking up the building, they stare at her and seem to be very worried about her and they are talking amongst themselves as if they have something to be worried about.

They continue to look up which suggests that something is going to happen to the women.

Since they keep looking at the women you feel as if the women is going to harm herself and jump off the building and most likely wants to kill herself for whatever reason.

The people are worried because they think she is going to kill herself and they look as if they are in distress because they ...

      • are worried about what she will do.

She keeps moving up the building and she eventually gets to the top, when she gets to the top are given the illusion that something is going to happen to her but when she finally gets there you see that the phone (LG Dare) is on top of the building and she runs on the roof and approaches the phone.

She then gets to the phone and touches it on the face of the screen and that is the end of the add after they show the people looking confused.

It does not make any sense at all why this would ever happen because if she actually wanted the phone that bad that she would climb the building in order

to approach a phone then why would she only touch the phone and not ever use it.

She does not take the phone or put it in her pocket and just leaves after she touches it.

They should have at least had her use it which would make you think it was worthy of getting the phone, but since she only touches it it makes you feel as if you do not need the phone other then to touch it which would not make you want to buy it.

The ad is a bit negative and it scares younger children who think she will do something to herself.

This ad is not very well done and it is pretty bad because it doesn’t make anyone want to actually own the phone.
