      Ingredients: Black gram dal - 1 cup Rice

      - 2 cups Fenugreek seeds - 1 spoon Soak dal and rice separately for four hours. Grind dal,fenugreek seeds and rice separately.

      • bow and mix rice dough and dal dough.

        Soak this dough overnight at room temperature.

        Add salt to this mix and water if required.

        Take Dosa-pan and pour 2-3 three table spoons of this mix

        over it and spread equally allover the pan and let it fry on the medium flame.

        Remove from the pan when it done.

        Serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar.

        ( You can add boiled rice ½ cup if you want).
