This episode tells the story of two crimes investigate by the Las Vegas Crime Scene Investigators. One of the crimes targets Grissom on a personal level and really gets the amount of emotion out of him, which was never previously displayed on the show. This is the first time really that Grissom loses his cool, and that was very exciting to watch.

      In

the first case, a man is murdered in the tub of a hotel room. The homicide was staged to look like suicide. The victim was shot in the tub, with a recorder and a suicide message on it in his lap. The murder looks just like the one which was previously investigated by Grissom. And it does not stop there, one piece ...

      • of evidence after another, sends messages directly from the killer to Grissom- he talks in riddles, and the team solves them.

In another case, of which Nick and Warrick are in charge, a man is found half dead in a car that went off the road and down the cliff. The man was strapped at the back of the car. Since he is

in no condition to talk , they make educated guesses as to what happened. Both have different theories and they are making bets on whose is correct. They tried to make it funny, but I did not like it. I think this show is not about humour. When they add humour like that, it takes the viewer out of the moment a bit.
