Hot Fuzz (2007) is a comedy directed by Edgar Wright and is rated R by the MPAA for violent content including some graphic images, and language.

Hot Fuzz follows Nicholas Angel (Simon Pegg), who is the finest cop London has, with an arrest record 400% higher than any other officer on the force. He’s so good, he makes everyone else look bad. As a result, Angel’s superiors

transfer him to a place where his talents won’t be quite so embarrassing, the sleepy and seemingly crime-free village of Sandford. Once there, he is partnered with the well-meaning police officer Danny Butterman (Nick Frost). The son of likable Police Chief Frank Butterman (Jim Broadbent), Danny is a huge action movie fan and believes his new partner might just be a real-life “bad boy,” and his chance ...

      • to experience the life of gunfights and car chases he so longs for. Angel is quick to dismiss this as a fantasy and Danny’s enthusiasm only adds to Angel’s frustration. However, as a series of grisly accidents stir the village, Angel is convinced that Sandford is not what it seems.

Hot Fuzz is another hit from Edgar Wright and Simon Pegg, who once again prove they know comedy,

and know it well. Hot Fuzz is their action movie spoof that is very suttle but hilarious all at the same time. It’s one of those movies that you catch something new in everytime you watch it. There is also plenty of action, especially towards the end, to keep you entertained.

I hightly recommend Hot Fuzz to everyone. It is comedy at its finest.
