The lasagna in which I had cooked needed the ingredients Mozzarella cheese, Cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese and cottage cheese. It also included hamburger meat,Rojo sauce, and lasagna noodles.

First you cook the meet then break it up into small tiny pieces.

Then you poor the hamburger into the sauce and put it on low on the stove.

While that is boiling you can mix the Mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, and parmesan cheese into a bowl, and mix them all togthere.

      Once the Sauce has

been sitting for a while, and is hot, should boil, you can put the noodles into a pot filled with water, be careful though you do not want to break the noodles.

Be sure that you put the sauce on befor the noodles though, as the noodles do not take as long to make.

Also you should not lay the noodles directly on top of each other going the same direction, for the noodles will stick to each other and you do not ...

      • want to tear them as you take them apart.

The noodles should become soft, and should sink into the bowl, intead of poking out, as they might do at first.

Then you put a thin layer on the bottom of the square pan, which is optional.

Then you put the one layer of noodles long ways, all the way across the pan.

Then you put a layer of sauce, be sure to get the corners and ends, then on top of that you put

a even layer of cottage cheese, not to think just enough to cover, it may mix with the sauce though, then you sprinkle the mixed cheese, then you repeat intill you get to the top of the pan.

Then you want to put extra mixed cheese on the top.

Then you put tin foil on the top of the pan, put it in the oven, and let it all melt and blend, and there you go.

You have delicious, hot ready to eat lasagna.
