I don’t know what really makes a Spanish Scrambled Eggs. It is very special, this menu because there are lots of chili elements in this recipe, unlike the normal scrambled eggs.

First of all, get around 4-5 eggs and beat them together. Beat it nicely, gently and in one way only. After mixing and stirring and getting a nice

texture, add 1-2 teaspoons of butter or margarine. Get some cuts of mushrooms and green or red chilies; depending on your preference and then mix in with the mixture of eggs just now as well. You will see a moist-like effect and that means your eggs are ready to be cooked.

Fry the pan and use olive oil if you ...

      • want to. Get some small pieces of chicken meat and put aside first. Then pour out the egg mixture just now and make sure you have a nice spread-like effect. It will be a big circle formation and before it gets cooked, take the pieces of chicken meat just now and spread throughout the circle formation. Then
cut through like averagely like you do for scramble eggs and make sure the ingredients inside which consist of the chicken meat, chilies and mushrooms are well cooked. I love this part, because there is a nice aroma feel to it. Then get a plate and serve it while it’s hot. That’s ooh lala Spanish Scrambled Eggs for you.
