      I love to eat Nasi Pattaya very much. There is a bit of an argument pertaining to the originality of this dish. Some say Indonesia and others say Thailand. Not sure which, but I so loving this particular dish anyway. The taste is so nice and at the same time, it is just a simple dish to make.

      • some butter or margarine on the pan and heat the pan up. Next off, get a plateful of rice and put around 2-3 spoonful of margarine and mix them up with a spoon. After which, you cook the rice into a fried rice. Add all the needed flavors like salt and pepper and a bit of onions.

        large omelette and then spread it over on a plate. After doing that, the fried rice which you have cooked, spread the rice on the large omelette and then roll eggs up like making a tortilla or buritto wrap or something.     If you want direct measurements a recipe I found calls for:
    4 cups of boiled rice
    1 slice of chicken breast (cut into small pieces)
    5 cloves of shallot (finely chopped)
    3-4 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
    1 capsicum (cut into small pieces)
    1 carrot (cut into small pieces)
    3 eggs
    Some cooking oil
    Salt to taste
