Samosa Noodle Rolls is quite a weird side-dish, if you look at it closely. However, the taste is quite nice and mix in some ketchup sauce and you are ready to dip in nicely.

To make this, you need some basic stuffs only and not that hard. Get around

some nice flour, pre-roll samosa type or tortilla flour and make it yourself. It’s not that hard. You just have to make sure the folded parts are well done before stuffing in your inside add-ons. To make the noodles rolls, get some coconut milk, some noodles and green onions as well. On a separate small bowl, mix the noodles-bit, green onions and other usual suspects like some olive oil in it and also other things like carrot, smallish green-cut chilies and also eggs, if you want to. If you are scared of cholesterol, then just use some egg whites ...

      will do.

Mix on well and you will see an even mix. Now, the tortilla flour just now which I have mentioned; fold it into samosa types around the desired amount that you like. It actually also depends on the noodle-mix that you have stirred gently just now. Using a

small spoon, filled a samosa piece each time with the mixture and then roll gently. Then, heat up your pan and then cook these gently; front and back. Only pick up the Samosa Noodle Rolls until you see a nice golden, brown color. I give this taste an 8.
