It is estimated that most households in America spend 25 % of their monthly income on cellular services from their providers. This is a huge amount and big business for companies like Sprint, T-mobile, Cingular and others who have millions of subscribers around the United States and the world as a whole. Since these services are often expensive and very taxing (in fact in most states cellular companies charge 25% tax or more per bill) it leaves many Americans struggling which often results in them not being able to make payments for the services and eventually falling into debt and being sent to collections. This results in a lost customer and the person suffering financially because of the expense that they could not afford and the
cellular companies are doing nothing to help reduce this burden on the customer. This is resulting in them losing customers who switch back and fourth between providers looking for a break but in the end the burden is too much for the customer.
Well, Sprint has decided to help their customers who have done a good job of paying their bills on a consistent basis and have stayed with their service without consideration of switching to another company. They have promised to shoulder some of the burden for these valued customers by giving something back to them and that is in the form of cash directly back into your pocket.
