  • One of the things that stands out to me about Sprint from other wireless providers is the fact that while other companies claim that they have the best service and most customers along with the best customer service, Sprint makes none of those claims and instead they choose to show their customers by putting their money where their mouth is and this is something which speaks to me in a very powerful way
  • Here is what happens, if you are a Sprint customer and your call is dropped (and this is a problem for you ) then you can press *2 from your PCS headset and you will get an animated voice that will ask you how she can help you
  • This is the only cellular service which offers this and I think it is one of the best features I have ever seen from a cellular phone provider

One of the things that stands out to me about Sprint from other wireless providers is the fact that while other companies claim that they have the best service and most customers along with the best customer service, Sprint makes none of those claims and instead they choose to show their customers by putting their money where their mouth is and this is something which speaks to me in a very powerful way. I have seen many commercials from Cingular that say they have less dropped calls but what will they do if you are a customer who gets a

lot of dropped calls? The answer is, they will do nothing and you will still be paying the same amount for your service regardless of the fact that their claims may not actually be true and you may receive 100 or more dropped calls.

This is a way to lure you in with a belief that turns out not to be true, Sprint does not do any of that but what they do is ensure their customers that they will not get a large amount of dropped calls and they will be getting reliable service on an every day basis.

If in fact, this turns out not to be true for you and you have problems with the service then they will not penalize you.

Here is what happens, if you are a Sprint customer and your call is dropped (and this is a problem for you ) then you can press *2 from your PCS headset and you will get an animated voice that will ask you how she can help you.

When you hear this you can simply say “dropped call credit” and you will hear the animated voice say that your account will be credited for the ...

      • Sprint Dropped Call Credit
      dropped call.

This credit will get you .

50 off of your bill and you can do this up to 20 times within a month which would get you a monthly discount of $ 10 which would probably bring your bill down to $ 40 because of your dropped calls.

However, if you use this a lot Sprint will contact you and try to resolve your issues and have you take your phone in.

If your service still does not work they will offer to let you out of your contract free of charge or you can stay on if

you like but if you do they will block you from excessive use of the dropped call credit within four months (assuming you max it out each month) because of their loss of revenue.

I went though this because I lived in the woods where service was dropped a lot and they gave me all of the credits they promised.

This is the only cellular service which offers this and I think it is one of the best features I have ever seen from a cellular phone provider.

Unlike the other companies Sprint will give you credit for the calls that you drop.
