The beginning of the episode immediately grabbed my attention. It was just so unusual, I have not seen a setting like this used before.

There are many shows where a team needs to examine the evidence without access to the lab or in an enclosed environment.

      But to be

threaten to find something by the criminal himself, something that might not even be there- this is something entirely new.

I loved it and would recommend seeing it.

A manager of a bank ends up being shot during the robbery.

Yet the robber is all frantic.

      He claims that ...

      • although he tried to rob the bank, he did not kill the man.

One of his demands is to send a CSI into the bank to process the evidence and prove that he is not guilty of murder.

Mac takes the job and finds himself held a hostage until

        he’s meet the man’s demand.

He is having a hard time not just because he does not have access to his lab, and not just because he cannot get the victim’s body and the bullet examined by the coroner, but also because all of the evidence points out the man’s guilt.
