This was a really nice episode guest starring Nelly Furtado. She did a good job, I didn’t even expect her to do that well.

In this episode the team investigates two separate murders, where no one is eager to talk.

In the first case, a professional shoplifter is

suspected in the murder of a store’s security guard.

It seems she really knows what to do and how the security system is working and CSI assume that she had to shoot him to avoid capture.

But when they begin to look further into her profile, it doesn’t ...

      • seem like she is the murderer.

In another case, a college student in murdered in the park.

At first they have absolutely no leads and the case could have been unsolved.

But luckily enough for the investigators, the victim was Reed’s friend.

The story takes a bizarre twist

when they discover that there is a powerful secret society and that they might have been responsible for the murder since the victim wanted to get out.

Reeds also tells that the victim was preparing an article that could have incriminating certain individuals and his death would have benefited them.
