This episode is connected to a previous one called “Hung Out to Dry.” I really didn’t like that previous episode and I found it really difficult and boring to understand and to follow. Maybe the writers have decided to redeem themselves and brought an ending to that story- and if that is the case they

have done a really great job. I found the story exciting, intriguing just having that wonderful ingredient which makes the show work in the first place.

At the beginning of the episode, a hooded man who seems either drunk or stoned walks into a closed bar, asks the bartender for the money and then shoots her ...

      • anyway. The bodyguard describes the man and what he is wearing. The police immediately picks up a man who fits this description just six blocks from the crime scene. But this time things are not routine- the man whom the police catches is Hawkes- one of the CSI team. The bodyguard identifies him as the
        murderer.

The whole team is in shock and refuse to believe what the witness and the detectives are saying. They go on and try to clear his name while facing unbelievable challanges- one is that the team is pulled off the case, and the second that all the evidence actually shows he did commit the crime.

        Great episode.
