      I love to try and cook different things especially fish. Fish is my favourite food and I would to tell you how to do one of my all time favourite dishes, which is, fried mussels and beer. It is so simple to make and it tastes so delicious, when

      I make this I do enough to serve four people all you need is the following.

      1 kg of Mussels Approximately 2 lb, 1 cup of beer, some flour and some olive oil for frying (Any oil would do but I prefer olive)

      All you do is clean the mussels and remove them ...


      • from there shells before soaking them for a few minutes in the beer. Once you have soaked them in the beer put them in the flour so the get a go coating of flour. Once you have coated them in the flour start to get the oil in the
        frying pan very hot. Once the oil is very hot add the mussels frying them for between three and five minutes.

        I serve them hot with some crusty bread or some garlic bread, they are so delicious but so simple to do, they also taste great with either red or white wine.
