The food preparation and serving staff are fully aware of the limited amount of time that patrons have to enjoy their lunches during weekdays. They demonstrate their concern for the patron’s needs by delivering the patron’s meals to them in a friendly and expedient manner. Meals are delivered to patron’s

tables in similar fashion during dinner hours, even in light of knowing that the patrons are not in as rushed a condition as they are during lunch.

The menu at Busaba’s Thai Cuisine boasts a broad array of authentic Thai dishes in the form of stir-fried vegetables and meat, spicy curries, fried rice dishes, and exotic meat and seafood salads. Patrons are given the opportunity to select the meat that is used in the preparation of their meals from hand-trimmed beef, pork or chicken breast. Additionally, practically any ...

      • dish on the menu can be prepared to the liking of a vegan or vegetarian by simply substituting tofu for the meat and requesting that soy sauce be used in the preparation in place of fish sauce.

During the lunch hours, meals are preceded by a bowl of consume (a thin tom-yum soup) prepared with lemongrass, mushrooms, and at times with coconut milk. Stir-fried dishes and curries are also preceded by a light vegetarian spring roll and two fried wontons, just to give the patrons something to get

started on while they await their meals.

I have personally traveled to and lived in Thailand for a number of years. Doing so, I developed an addiction for the cuisine of The Orient and the people that have made it what it is today. Sate-side, I have often tried to appease my addictions at Thai restaurants whenever possible. Without a doubt, I can honestly say that Busaba’s Thai Cuisine does the job at appeasing those addictions better than any other place that I have found anywhere in the Southeast United States.
