After walk few days in use air conditioner this happen awkwardness problem we face, time air conditioner we are set in low temperature (20 degrees)so in the monitor there number article 20 blinks to wink, if in other air conditioner ...

      • brand that number permanent will not change, but in AUX air conditioner that number soon will turn more higher (28 or 29 degrees).

Because unaccustomed about the condition, so we call seller store, and after question and answer a few moments obvious there something that not yet we know about this AUX air conditioner, that is

first number that appears is our request temperature while number that appear next temperature is room real condition (a kind of room thermometer). So first really the number more higher because room temperature at that time really still hot, but after a few moments that number will change to go down as according to room coldness condition.

I have an AUX inverter that stopped working with the code F2 showing, what does that mean? Thanks for your answer.
    Galega says :

Error Code F2 means - Indore Tube-middle Sensor Error. You may have to call electrician to fix it as it needs some internal tweaking of the inverter.
    Naium Khan says :

AUX inverter Shows F2 Code, that means that the washer is taking too long to drain properly. This means there is some kind of problem with the washer’s draining system.

    Thank You

I just purchased new lg inverter ac aux a model, after installation next day my ac not cooling
ac running but not cooling , in remote cooler option showing but in split its showing fan icon , its irritating in midnight sleep
    Galega says :

There can be plenty of reasons behind AC not cooling. Some of them are malfunctioning compressor or problem in air flow. Since your AC is new and has just been installed, you should better call the service center and ask them to correct it.

thinking of purchasing an aux ac for a house on the beach…is it suitable for high humidity ..high heat..and sea effects such as sand/salt? What is the insulation of the compressor like? Is the sensor well PROTECTED? i have had bad luck in other makes and need to be certain this does not have the same fate…
    Galega says :

There is absolutely no doubt that AUX is a good airconditioner. It is ideal for high heat and high humidity area. There won’t be any problem. It’s compressor is well insulated and sensor is fully protected. These are security issues and a manufacturer won’t compromise on these basic stuffs. You can visit the showroom and ask for complete demo before buying it.

What does the error E2 mean on the aux airconditioner MOD ASW HO6A1 HS. regards RubenRu
    John says :

“E2″ means that there is a low voltage.
    ruben says :

What does low voltage mean to the functioning of the unit? Do i have to return it? Is it faulty?
    Jaques says :

    Just call an electrician.
    Galega says :

It simply means that the AC condenser is not getting sufficient power, that’s what E2 error message is all about. You can go for resetting the main circuit. If that also doesn’t work, then it’s time to call a professional.

Hi there, I bought an AUX 12000 btu split unit 6years ago and have never had a problem with it until now. The Unit works perfectly, however all the function light indicators display permanently on the panel of the Unit as of last night. These display lights will not go off does not display any error codes. Aircon works well otherwise.
I have two in my home ad both bought at the same time. 2nd Unit has given no problems. we also have multiple Units at our work offices and they are superb and last years, this is the reason I bought for the home.

I have a AUX Air-Conditioner ASW-H12A4 SARIDI I have followed the instructions I think but am unable to turn the timer off. I have tried all sorts of things like turning it off at the wall main power but it keeps going back to timer? The system was already installed when I purchased the home.
    Galega says :

The problem has happened because you bought the preinstalled AC with your home. Your AC is currently working on preprogrammed timer. That can be changed.

Take your remote control and change some settings. To set the time the air conditioner switches off at, say 9:00 am, press the timer off button. Press the increase and decrease buttons to set the time. To save the end timer setting, wait 10 seconds for the timer off symbol to stop flashing.

I have an aux 18000btu air con it works fine on the cooling mode but when you change it to the heat mode the fan switches off and nothing happens. it does not warm up in any other mode either if u increase the temp. please let me know what cud be wrong and the avg cost to repair
    Galega says :

This doesn’t seem to be a problem with settings which you can correct on your own. There is some internal problem because of which your AC is not warming up the environment optimally. You need to consult the service center and ask them to repair the unit.

i have a split aux air conditioner AUX H12A4 HS It is cooling ok but heating does not work. It starts th circulator vanes open and then everything stops. looks like the thermostst control cut it off. Any suggestions
    Zaina says :

    I have same problem :(
    Galega says :

This is a technical problem. The issues lie with circulator vanes. It may not be possible to correct it on your own. The best you can do is to call a service center guy and ask him to troubleshoot it.

I have a 1200btu aux showing a code E5 its only 4 years old my service engineer just told me to replace the unit any advise regarding code welcome
    Galega says :

I wonder why the service engineer told you to replace the unit. He must have seen some serious problem, apart from this error (E5). E5 is usually due to communication error. This means no feedback is being received from outdoor unit to the indoor unit. It could be due to wrong wiring, loose connection, or indoor /outdoor PCB failure.
    quick note by anonymous :

How much energy does an AUX 18000 BTU inverter save?
    Galega says :

In ideal condition, the energy or power saving by 18000 btu inverter ac is 60% from the regular consumption. This is a general claims made by almost all manufacturer of AC, not only AUX. Please note, this is given in standard condition. It can go down depending on the various factors where AC has been installed.
