Living in Florida during the extreme summer months we have our fair share of menacing fleas. .

It’s late night and I look down at my feet and the fleas are having a party I knew we had to have a

quick kill remedy! I sent my significant other out to the local retail store in hopes of some instant relief.

He picked up a 12 oz.

aerosol can of Sergeant’s Gold Household Flea and Tick Spray for a little over $5.

When he returned, I read the applicable directions, ingredients and precautionary statements.

The can had this nozzle like cap that when sprayed would cover a wide area.

oily residue like you might expect) and didn’t have a strong odor.

like you would expect from an insect eradication product.

Sergeants directions stated that it would kill the adults, pre-adult larvae and the eggs.

We sprayed everywhere we saw fleas.

and observed as they slowly died.

Sergeants claimed that after spraying it would continue to kill fleas for up to 7 months.

When we awoke the morning after the fleas were back just as hop-happy as they were before we started spraying them.

re : When we awoke the morning after the fleas were back just as hop-happy as they were before we started spraying them
I have three outdoor cats that bring flees inside everyday during the summer. I tried several different flea and tick sprays over the course of one summer, (Some costing upward of 10$ ) only to no avail. Then one day I went to my local hardware store to get a few nuts bolts, and lo and behold I found Sergeants Flea and Tick spray for just over 5$ . I was surprised to see that the fleas would slowly die before my eyes. (WARNING) I used the spray for about a month when I notice my cats looking ill and not eating. The next morning I was to bring them to the vet but I woke up and my heart was broken Sergeant’s Flea and Tick Spray killed my cat Olive I’m overwhelmed with grief knowing that it was I that put this on her. This product will kill your cat or dog as if they are fleas I feel so guilty for the pain Olive suffered because I unknowingly put the spray on her. I wouldn’t wish death on anyone’s beloved pet so don’t believe anybody’s bogus reviews and if you don’t believe me, look at other reviews online yourself. Stay far far away pay the 10$ it will save your pet I’m also in a lawsuit against Seargents so if this has happened to anyone else, I suggest you do the same
