‘Five go adventuring again’ is a book written by Enid Blyton. This is a very interesting story. The four children spend their holidays at Kirrin. Uncle Quentin, the father of George finds a tutor for the children. Now they can study something during the holidays. The tutor is Mr Roland. The children welcome their tutor. Later, the children meet a certain Mr Sanders, who is from Kirrin farm.

Mr Sanders says that he has guests who are artists from a certain town. On this farm, the children discover a secret panel. Mr Roland, the tutor does not like Timmy, George’s dog. He often shows hatred and anger towards the dog. This makes George angry with the tutor.

Soon, the tutor starts behaving suspiciously, especially after he comes to know that the children had visited Kirrin farm. The ...

      • children are surprised by the odd behaviour of the tutor. Very soon, all the children begin to dislike this tutor. Then it happens that certain papers of Uncle Quentin and some test-tubes get broken. George is sure that Mr Roland has done this dirty job. The children keep an eye on Mr Roland and they see that his behaviour is getting more and more suspicious.

        This book is quite

good to read. It is not much of an adventure, but is okay. The mystery is whether the tutor is really a crook or not. Are the suspicions of the children wrong? It is only in the end that we come to know the real nature of the tutor.

Personally, I liked the book much and I recommend this book to readers. I rate the book 7 points out of 10.
