Silence of th eLambs (1991) is a drama film directed by Jonathan Demme and is rated R by the MPAA

Silence of the Lambs is the story of a FBI trainee named Clarice Starling (Jodie Foster) who is sent by her boss to interview a serial killer known for his ferocious intelligence,

Hannibal Lechter (Anthony Hopkins). They hope they can get insight into the mind og a killer still at large named Buffalo Bill (Ted Levine) who has recently abducted a senators daughter. Lechter trades information on what Starling wants for information on her personal life and experiences. You eventually ...

      • find out that Starlign is struggling with her own darkness.

Silence of the Lambs is an absolute masterpiece. The movie is so entertaining it hold you at the edge of your seat the entire two hours. What makes it so great, along with the superb story, is the acting talent

of both Anthony Hopkins and Jodie Foster. They both do amazing jobs and Hopkins portrays one of the scariest characters in movie history. It is a great thriller that works on a psychological lever as well.

I recommend this movie to everyone. It as American cinema at its best.
