Jumper (2008) is a science-ficiton film by director Doug Liman and is rated PG-13 for sequences of intense action violence, some language and brief sexuality.

Jumper is about a guy named David (Hayden Christiansen) who has inexplicable powers to teleport from place to place just by thinking about them. He

goes from his Manhattan apartment, to a bank vault, to atop the Sphinx’s head in a matter of minutes. When he runs across his old high-school sweetheart, Millie (Rachel Bilsen), he whisks her off to Rome for a vacation. In Rome he discovers there is a war going on ...

      • between jumpers and paladins, a secret group whos job is to hunt down teleporters.

Jumper was a fun ride, but it kinda lacked in character development and a little hard to comprehend at times. The acting was mediocre and the story was ok. The action scenes and landscapes is what

made the movie though. Liman kinda disappointed me with this one after doing the Bourne Identity and Mr. and Mrs. Smith.

If you’re a comic book movie kinda guy you might like this one, but other than that, if you’re over the age of 25 you probably won’t find anything likable about the movie.
